Using Penumbra
These terms cover the Penumbra website and waitlist. Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit someone else's email address without their permission.
Waitlist and early access
Signing up records your interest in Penumbra and requests updates about its development and availability. A reserved seat means a place on the waitlist; it does not guarantee an invitation, a particular launch date, or specific features. Features described on this website may change as the product develops.
Recommendations and streaming services
Recommendations estimate what you might enjoy and cannot guarantee that you will like a movie or show. Streaming availability and pricing may change by service and region. Third-party services have their own terms, subscriptions, and privacy practices; joining Penumbra does not provide access to those services.
Your information and updates
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle signup information. To stop receiving updates or request removal from the waitlist, contact us at the address below.
Site content and availability
Penumbra's original branding and website content belong to their respective owners, as do third-party film artwork and trademarks. Do not use the site to infringe others' rights. We may update or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance or development.
Changes and contact
